Social Media Manager
Location: Hermosa Beach, CA (Los Angeles South Bay)

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager interestes in working with an influencer to shoot campaign. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, with the ability to drive and shoot and edit content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with brand goals.
- Research social media trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Plan and manage the content calendar.
- Schedule and post content across social media platforms.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions.
- Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate content production and ensure all projects stay on schedule.
- Organize digital assets and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Assist during content shoots by capturing photo and video content when needed.
- Collaborate on creative concepts, campaign planning, and brand partnerships.
- Communicate effectively and keep projects moving from planning through execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LTK, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent writing and caption creation skills.
- Experience analyzing social media performance and translating insights into growth strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or personal brands is preferred.
- Portfolio, resume, or examples of previous work are required.
Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
