Oversee a small team of 2-3 employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Monitor and manage time for your team, ensuring optimal productivity.

Adhere to and enforce all safety and company policies.

Follow instructions and guidelines provided by the Mow Crew Leader.

Must possess a Class E license or equivalent to obtain a DOT.

Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred.

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and skills.
