We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our Plumbing & Heating team. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining warehouse operations, managing inventory, preparing materials for technicians, and delivering parts to local job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping an organized and efficient warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock warehouse shelves.
- Receive, organize, and store incoming shipments.
- Pull parts and materials for plumbing and heating technicians.
- Deliver parts and equipment to local job sites in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and inventory needs.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform light building and grounds maintenance as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and assist with general warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience preferred.
- Experience in a plumbing, HVAC, heating, or construction supply warehouse is a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with technicians, vendors, and team members.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
