You will be the only employee physically working at this location, directly representing our brand. You are not being micro-managed, but you are measured by your accuracy, punctuality, store performance, and contribution as a team player. This role requires an intense level of personal discipline.
Core Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Open/close exactly on time, secure the building, and maintain a spotless, clinical environment.
- Patient & Account Care: Greet walk-ins, assist healthcare professionals, answer phones, and process orders promptly.
- Compliance & Inventory: Log medical paperwork accurately, verify freight, track stock levels, and ensure zero data errors.
- Team Collaboration: Complete daily digital reports and collaborate proactively with the off-site owner to keep operations seamless.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Absolute Punctuality: You arrive early and never miss a shift. The store cannot open without you.
- Self-Policing Work Ethic: You stay productive and focused during downtime without a manager needing to prompt you.
- High Integrity & Empathy: You handle sensitive and private information honestly and treat patients with extreme patience and kindness.
- Team Mindset: You thrive working independently but value being an active, reliable part of the larger mission and vision.
This Job Is NOT For You If:
- You need a manager present to stay on task or get lonely working alone.
- You plan to use downtime for personal phone use, streaming, or hobbies.
- You want to work completely isolated and ignore team communication.
Pay: $3,200.00 per month
