Job Overview:
Ferrari represents a legacy of performance, craftsmanship, and uncompromising standards. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to maintain and restore luxury and exotic vehicles to the highest cosmetic standards. This role will also assist with vehicle movement and dealership workflow and requires customer-facing support. The ideal candidate has hands-on detailing experience, strong attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship. They understand that every interaction, every vehicle movement, and every detail reflects the Ferrari brand.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of hospitality for guests and staff
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, managers, and customers
- Perform interior and exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
- Conduct paint correction, including color sanding and touch-ups
- Apply protective coatings and finishes
- Perform final quality inspections prior to delivery
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support service operations with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury and exotic automotive detailing preferred
- Proficiency in buffing, polishing, and paint-correction techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and vehicle aesthetics.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MS Office applications is preferred, CDK is a plus.
- VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED.
