We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various platforms, including U-attend and Bullhorn to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting.
- Participate in recruitment initiatives to build relationships with potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
- Visit client sites, conduct weekly walk throughs, and check ins as needed.
- Must posses a current valid driver license.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs such as google docs, word, and excel.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn and U-attend.
- Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing diverse candidates.
- Familiarity with employment labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
