- Monitor pool areas to ensure resident and guest safety and prevent accidents.
- Enforce pool rules and maintain a safe swimming environment. Monitor guest attendance and enforce resident guest policy / daily guest limit.
- Inspect pool facilities and equipment; report safety concerns.
- Complete required documentation for water/chemical testing and incident reports.
- Assist with pool and deck cleanliness, basic facility upkeep, and water testing/chemical monitoring.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and guests.
- Direct swimmers during inclement weather or unsafe conditions.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines; wear required uniform.
- Works all assigned shifts or finds suitable substitutes to cover them.
- Keeps Property Manager apprised of situations requiring his/her attention.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
