Solar Appointment Setter Recruiter!

ABOUT THE ROLE
Sol Life is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Recruiter to identify, screen, and onboard high-quality remote solar appointment setters both domestic and international. This is a full-time position with a path to salary-based compensation tied directly to your performance. You will work closely with management to ensure our setting team is consistently staffed with qualified, producing candidates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for our remote solar appointment setter positions
- Conduct bi-weekly hiring cycles, extending 5–10 qualified offers every two weeks
- Present fully screened candidates to management for approval prior to extending any offer
- Manage the full recruitment pipeline from application review through onboarding
- Track recruiter activity, candidate pipeline, and retention metrics and report to management regularly
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure all new hires are properly onboarded and set up for success
- Monitor new hire performance and retention through their first 60 days

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior recruiting experience, preferably in a remote sales, call center, or solar environment
- Strong ability to source and screen high-volume candidates efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills — you manage multiple candidates at once without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment and being held accountable to hiring and retention targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setting
- Familiarity with appointment setting, solar, or outbound sales is a strong plus
- An exceptional record of reliability and consistency

COMPENSATION
Starting Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, full-time
Performance Bonuses (per recruited setter):
- $75 when a recruited setter completes 30 active days
- $50 when a recruited setter reaches 60 active days and is still producing
- $50 when a recruited setter closes their first deal
