Position Overview: We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented subcontractors to join our growing team. This flexible, independent role focuses on providing residential pet waste removal services throughout the Phoenix area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow assigned routes and schedules, reliably servicing client yards.
- Thoroughly collect and dispose of pet waste in accordance with local guidelines.
- Complete detailed service checklists, including documenting yard conditions and any relevant pet behavior.
- Capture before-and-after photos upon request for quality assurance purposes.
- Maintain proactive communication with management regarding client feedback or service-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle).
- Comfortable working independently and managing a route efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and punctual, with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable around dogs and outdoor environments.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone applications for reporting and communication.
Compensation:
- Competitive earnings ranging from $18 to $24 per hour, based on route density and performance.
- Guaranteed minimum of $18 per hour.
- Weekly payments via direct deposit, Cash App, or PayPal.
