Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to assist our manufacturing team and Production Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes within our manufacturing facility. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills with metal fabrication tools, and experience working on assembly lines will drive quality and productivity. Duties & Responsibilities
- Use NetSuite to receive components, create purchase orders, process RMAs, and scan items through the work order production process.
- Maintain and update production schedules, including tracking completed work orders and adjusting timelines.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools to support production operations.
- Perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently according to engineering specifications.
- Support production operations including inventory management, material handling, loading/unloading, and organization of supplies.
- Conduct incoming quality inspections using engineering drawings and go/no-go gauges.
- Organize and store RM parts, palletize materials for outside vendors, and coordinate work order transfers to the warehouse.
- Use engineering drawings to validate parts produced and received from outside vendors.
- Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and safety documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals while maintaining a safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous metal manufacturing or factory experience preferred.
- Experience with welding processes and mechanical tasks required.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment; forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to weld a plus, but not required.
- Working knowledge of computer systems including MS Office and NetSuite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
