DENPRO is an IT consulting firm based in Southern Maryland that provides IT services and infrastructure support to small and mid-sized businesses across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. We are currently looking for a motivated IT Support Representative – Field Operations to join our growing team.
This role combines help desk support, field IT support, and project-based work at client locations including offices, construction sites, warehouses, and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support
- Answer support calls and assist users with technical issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Provide clear, calm communication with non-technical users
- Explain technical fixes in plain language
Technical Troubleshooting
- Support Windows 11 workstations and Microsoft 365 environments
- Troubleshoot:
- DNS and DHCP issues
- Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID access
- SharePoint and OneDrive sync issues
- Wi-Fi connectivity and authentication
- Basic network issues including cabling and switch ports
- Configure and support network printers and mobile printing
- Perform iPhone and iPad setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Microsoft Cloud & Device Management
- Support Microsoft 365 administration
- Manage and troubleshoot:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune device enrollment and compliance
- MFA setup and user access issues
- Password resets and user provisioning
Field Operations Support
- Provide on-site IT support during construction and project deployments
- Set up temporary workstations and network connectivity for field teams
- Support mobile connectivity and applications for project staff
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and low-voltage teams when needed
- Ensure devices are properly configured, secured, and backed up
Work Environment
This role may involve work in environments such as:
- Construction sites
- Warehouses
- Data centers
- Unfinished facilities
Conditions may include dust, noise, uneven flooring, and variable temperatures.
Required PPE may include:
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility vest
- Steel-toe or composite-toe boots
Qualifications
Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 2 years of IT support experience OR A+ / Network+ certification
- Experience troubleshooting end-user technical issues
- Knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems
- DNS and DHCP
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint / OneDrive
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Experience supporting both office and field environments
Travel Requirement
- Some out-of-state travel may be required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
