About the Role
Breez delivery drivers are the face of our brand. You'll be responsible for getting our products safely and accurately into the hands of customers across the Bay Area and East Bay — representing Breez at every doorstep with professionalism and care.
This is a part-time role with two shift tracks available:
- Monday – Wednesday | 20–25 hours/week
- Wednesday – Friday | 20–25 hours/week
Shifts starts and ends are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM depending on the day.
What You'll Do
Drive. Get comfortable behind the wheel — routes cover the Bay Area and East Bay, and can range from local to long distance. Follow the rules of the road. Stay safe.
Deliver for real people. Provide exceptional customer service at every stop. Ensure all required paperwork is correctly completed and signed by the customer. Communicate clearly with our order support team and use good judgment to resolve issues as they arise.
Represent Breez. Relay customer feedback to management to help us improve. Comply with all security protocols, California cannabis regulations, and company policies. Every delivery matters.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of occupational driving experience
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Valid, unexpired California driver's license (must be on your person for the entirety of every shift)
- Clean driving record — MVR check required prior to hire
- Smartphone required; ability to learn new apps quickly
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Punctual — this is a dealbreaker
- Must be 21 or older per California cannabis regulations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Must be able to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach for the duration of a shift
- Normal corrective vision range, ability to distinguish colors, letters, numbers, and symbols
- Normal hearing range
- Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment
