We also have a large rental inventory of electrical and instrumentation equipment and offer sales of test products such as Fluke, Megger and Ralston.
The Role
Our Calibration Quality and Equipment Coordinator is responsible for the input, documentation, and accuracy of incoming test equipment for calibration. This person is key in identifying and documenting all important aspects of the equipment, laying the foundation for a successful and accurate calibration process. We are looking for a detail oriented individual interested in building a career and making a difference within our small, but growth-oriented team.
Responsibilities
· Order and equipment intake for Calibration department
· Entering RMAs and data into system (Met/Team, Microsoft Planner)
· Labelling and creation of assets for customer equipment
· Barcoding equipment
· Organizing equipment on shelves
· Test equipment research
· Procedure interpretation
· Final quality control checks on paperwork, labels, and certificates
· Support on administrative tasks such as quotes, outsourcing and others
Requirements
· Experience with computers and data entry
· Must be proficient in learning and using various types or computer software
· Strong multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests
· Acute attention to detail and sense of urgency
· Must be organized and able to manage competing priorities
· Able to lift 40 LBS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
