Job Overview
Excel Restoration Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and IICRC-certified Water Restoration Team Lead to oversee and execute water mitigation projects. If you have at least 1+ year of experience in water damage restoration and enjoy leading a team in the field, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside team members on job sites for water mitigation projects
- Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and structural repairs
- Operate and maintain industry-standard restoration equipment
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
- Communicate with homeowners to explain the restoration process and answer questions
- Document work progress, moisture readings, and job details
- Train and mentor technicians to improve job efficiency and quality
Skills:
- IICRC Certification is REQUIRED
- +1 year of experience in water damage restoration
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate industry-specific tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work on-call and respond to emergency situations
- Experience with Encircle is preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
