This position is responsible for all facility matters and EH&S requirements. This role complies to FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), ISO 13485 requirements and adheres to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the facility both inside and outside.
- Manage facility pest control and maintain all associated logs and vendors.
- Repair all production and R&D equipment as needed.
- Maintain the PM/Calibration of all equipment.
- Monitor and record clean room temperature/humidity and pressure differential logs.
- Manage clean room inventory of the required compliant coverings.
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental (EH&S) practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- Provide local support to IT relating to wiring and equipment.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of three to five (3-5) years relevant facilities experience.
- Experience with office 365 is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs is required.
- Ability to use PC and associated software is required.
