We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our guests. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
- Maintain hotel grounds and public areas to a high standard.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and report major repair needs.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, facilities, or a similar environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts if required.
