What We're Looking For
We need a driven, organized leader to run our Internet Sales department — someone who knows how to turn online leads into sold deals, manage a BDC/sales process, and hold a team accountable to real numbers. If you've got automotive sales leadership experience and know how to close in a fast-paced digital retail environment, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop our Internet Sales team to hit lead-response, appointment, and closing targets
- Manage online lead flow from third-party sites, our website, and CRM
- Build and refine follow-up processes that convert internet shoppers into showroom customers
- Partner with the sales and desk team to keep deals moving and customers happy
- Track and report performance metrics, coaching your team to improve daily

What You Bring
- Prior automotive sales or internet sales management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and lead management systems such as Eleads & Matador
- Use to high volume and high lead counts
- Self-motivated, competitive, and numbers-driven
- Excellent communication skills — phone, email, and in-person
