Hello, we are Vinyl Steakhouse! We are a new fine dining establishment in Flatiron, NYC. We opened in May 2022. We are looking for more help in our back of house, primarily a line cook.
Who we are:
While we are fine dining, we take pride in the way we run our restaurant - maintaining a tight ship, but also reducing the "stuffiness" that usually holds hands with the fine dining experience. Our servers wear fashion forward attire, we spin our collection of over 2,000 + records every night (rock, funk, oldies, etc.), we have 2 in-house sommeliers to help our guests choose from our variety of wines from California, Italy, and France, and an executive chef who studied at the Culinary Institute of America.
