Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Warehouse/Maintenance Associate. This role is ideal for a hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated individual.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Report directly to the Warehouse/Facilities Manager
- Pick, prepare, and stage job materials for installation crews
- Load and unload material deliveries from vendors
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Assist with inventory control and vehicle maintenance
- Perform facility maintenance and janitorial duties, including: cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, taking out trash daily, keeping the warehouse, showroom, offices, and kitchen clean
- Perform snow removal, including plowing and salting grounds, when snow is forecast (availability during off-hours required)
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week; overtime as needed
- Forklift experience and/or certification
- DOT certification or ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
- Construction background a plus, but not required
