What’s the role?
We are seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, stocking, and inventory control. This role will ensure materials and orders are accurately processed, inventory records are maintained, and discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, inventory control, and warehouse best practices, with the ability to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions. This position will also support SOP/WI documentation, team training, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and best practices
Receive packages, materials, and supplies and verify the quantity and quality against shipping and packing slips
Prepare orders and ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery (pick, pack and ship)
Load and unload deliveries as needed
Assist in stocking shelves and organizing the warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Monitor inventory levels of stock, supplies, and other merchandise
Count and update existing stock and adjust stock levels as needed
Prepare and monitor reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies
Understanding of stock control principles and inventory optimization strategies
Define root causes and implement corrective actions
Document WI's / SOP's
Train other team members
Follow all safety regulations and warehouse protocols
Other duties as assigned by management
Do you qualify?
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years experience in a ERP
2+ years experience in inventory control or related field
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve inventory goals
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
Familiarity with inventory management systems and methods
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and accurately
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
Proficiency in MS office
Intermediate skill set in Excel and Word
Lean and 5S knowledge
