Salon 114 is looking for a talented, licensed hair stylist to join our team in Ravenna, Ohio. Whether you specialize in cuts, color, balayage, extensions, or all of the above — if you have a loyal book of clients and a passion for your craft, we want to meet you.This is a W-2 employee position, which means you can focus entirely on doing great work for your clients — not on running the business side of being a stylist.

Requirements
- Valid Ohio Cosmetology License (required)
- Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month (required)
- Established client base — or the drive to build one
- Experience with cuts, color, and chemical services
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong client communication
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about the craft
- Team player who thrives in a supportive salon environment
Compensation
Competitive commission-based pay as a W-2 employee. No booth rent — no guesswork. Specific percentage discussed during the interview process.
