Caregiver – NON-TRAVELING In-Home Care & Day Care

Northridge In-Home Care is seeking an upbeat, self-motivated caregiver to join our small but mighty team! This is a unique caregiving role providing care exclusively inside the Northridge Senior Living building — no driving required, ever.
Care is provided daily between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
✔ No night shifts
✔ Flexible scheduling
Caregivers provide basic services that help seniors maintain their independence in a supportive, positive environment.
Applicants must be:
- Positive, kind, and compassionate
- Friendly and upbeat (good energy is a must!)
- Diligent, dependable, and self-motivated
- Physically able to:
- Walk 2–4 miles per shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs multiple times during an 8-hour shift
The grouchy, grumpy, or self-absorbed need not apply.
Employment Details
- Caregivers are W-2 employees (not independent contractors)
- Hourly wages based on experience
- Flexible schedules for the right person
