Experienced Line Cook
$16–$28/hour, based on experience and responsibilities

We are currently hiring experienced Line Cooks for all three of our locations:
- Brewskeez Smokehouse & Music – O'Fallon, MO
- Cooper's American Pub & Grill – St. Peters, MO
- Irma Jean's – Florissant, MO
We’re Not Looking for Beginners
We’re looking for motivated, experienced Line Cooks who can step onto a busy line and keep up.
Our restaurants operate fast-paced kitchens with steady volume. If you know your way around a commercial kitchen, can handle a rush, and take pride in doing the job right, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Run and maintain your assigned station in a high-volume kitchen
- Prepare and cook food accurately and consistently
- Handle busy rushes without falling behind
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate and work as part of a fast-moving kitchen team
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook or comparable commercial kitchen experience is required
- This is not an entry-level position
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Dependable and motivated
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Able to take direction and work well as part of a team
- Must have availability for day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends
Scheduling & Hours
Due to the nature of the restaurant industry, we are unable to guarantee a set schedule.
We require full weekend availability from our staff. This does not mean you will necessarily work every day of every weekend, but you must have the flexibility to be scheduled for weekend shifts as needed.
Business hours vary somewhat by location. Our general operating hours are:
- Monday: 11 AM–9 PM
- Tuesday: 11 AM–12 AM
- Wednesday: 11 AM–1:30 AM
- Thursday: 11 AM–12 AM
- Friday: 11 AM–1:30 AM
- Saturday: 11 AM–1:30 AM
- Sunday: 11:30 AM–12 AM
Employee shift times may begin before opening or extend beyond closing depending on the position, location, and operational needs.
