We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing.
- Maintain organized stock levels through effective stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Support store presentation by arranging displays that highlight seasonal products and promotional items.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via in-person interactions or multilingual communication when applicable.
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in retail math calculations and cash reconciliation.
- Help maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
