The Company
DRINKSTATION is a hardware technology startup that designs, manufactures, and sells the most advanced beverage dispensing appliances on the market. Our flagship system, the Da Vinci 2.0, delivers purified, sparkling, chilled, and near-boiling water on demand — replacing the filter, kettle, sparkling-water maker, and pitcher with one integrated appliance. Our Model-J pushes the platform further into multi-beverage dispensing and flavored water, serving a range of customizable beverages on demand from a single connected machine.
Founded in Los Angeles in 2014 on more than two decades of water-dispensing R&D, we now operate across three countries: our U.S. headquarters in Torrance, CA, our engineering and manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China, and our R&D and patent center in Pisa, Italy. With 80+ team members, 100+ patents, decades of combined experience, and an ambitious product roadmap, we're scaling fast — and we need an operator who can keep the whole machine running as we grow.
The Role
We're hiring an Operations Manager to sit at the center of our business and keep every moving part in sync. This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who can help build out our National Service Center for appliances, manage logistics, lead a team of technicians and engineers, support clients, and drive new projects from idea to execution.
You'll work directly with leadership and across our global teams. This is a role with real runway: strong performers can grow into a General Manager or Chief Operating Officer position as the company expands.
What You'll Do
Logistics & Supply Chain
- Own logistics and shipping coordination end to end — container scheduling, freight, customs, and inbound/outbound movement between our China facility and U.S. operations
- Manage product prep, staging, and fulfillment so units are ready when clients need them
- Direct and troubleshoot the supply chain, anticipating bottlenecks before they become problems
Client Support
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners, resolving issues quickly and professionally by assisting with troubleshooting appliances in the field
- Coordinate with technicians and engineers to ensure technical and service issues are resolved and avoided in the future
Team Leadership
- Manage and support our technicians, engineers, and warehouse personnel — setting priorities, removing blockers, and keeping projects on schedule
- Build a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and follow-through
New Projects & Initiatives
- Lead new projects across operations, product, and process — scoping, planning, and driving them to completion
- Identify opportunities to make the business run better, faster, and more efficiently as we scale
Hiring & Growth
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding as we build out the team
