The Project Manager will be responsible for:

Managing multiple commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Taking full ownership of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

Leading projects ranging from approximately $1M-$2M in value within active, fast-paced environments.

Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Working closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Project Manager to support operational goals.

Proactively identifying and resolving project challenges to maintain budget and schedule expectations.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Primarily working on-site in Washington, DC with a schedule of 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
