- Keep all items used for food preparation clean and sanitized
- Maintain three compartment sink, and proper dilution of all chemicals used
- Mopping floors, cleaning walls and outside areas of restaurant
- May be responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves, and/or product received on shift
- Clean/detail areas of the restaurant before or after hours as needed
- Maintain walk-in organization
- Help with prep or line duties when asked by management
- Make sure back of house trash is emptied
- Make sure that the most commonly used dishes are cleaned first such as bowls and baskets
