BODY20 is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and highly organized Studio Receptionist & Member Experience Specialist to be the face of our studio.
This isn't your typical front desk position. You'll build relationships with members, introduce new clients to BODY20, support studio events, create social media content, and help grow one of the fastest-growing fitness brands in the country.

BODY20 is revolutionizing the fitness industry through FDA-cleared Electro-Muscular Stimulation (EMS) technology.
Our 20-minute workouts activate over 90% of the body's muscle fibers, helping members build strength, improve endurance, increase muscle tone, and achieve incredible results in a fraction of the time of traditional workouts.
At BODY20, we're passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident—and our front desk team plays a huge role in making that happen.
As the first and last person our members see each day, you'll help create an exceptional studio experience by:
- Greeting every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Building meaningful relationships with members and prospective clients
- Scheduling appointments and managing the studio calendar
- Answering membership questions and assisting with member accounts
- Following up with prospective members and helping convert leads into memberships
- Supporting the sales process and onboarding new members
- Assisting with community events and local marketing initiatives
- Creating 2–3 engaging social media posts each week
- Assisting with content for our monthly email newsletter
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio

- 1+ year of experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, fitness, or sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Available to work evenings and weekends:
- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
- Saturdays - 7AM - 12:30PM
- Ability to participate in 1–2 BODY20 workouts per week so you can confidently share your personal experience with prospective members
