Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an HVAC Service Technician for a long-term (temp-to-perm) opportunity in the Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas County areas.

PAY: $30–$37/hour (based on experience)
LOCATION: Tampa, FL
SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
DURATION: Temp-to-Perm
We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician with 7+ years of experience in service and refrigeration. Chiller experience, retrofit work, and installation experience are strong pluses. This role offers long-term stability, growth potential, and a company-provided service vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Work on chillers (preferred) and perform retrofit/install tasks as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues and solutions
- Maintain a professional, customer-friendly attitude
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Experience with commercial HVAC service and refrigeration
- Chiller, retrofit, and install experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be customer-friendly and professional
Additional Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have own hand tools and gauges
- Must have reliable transportation (for initial onboarding if needed)
