Responsibilities
- Support patients through the consultation and treatment planning process.
- Coordinate patient communication while helping maintain an efficient daily schedule.
- Perform accurate, high-level insurance verification and benefits coordination.
- Communicate professionally with referral offices and internal departments.
- Help deliver a smooth, organized, and exceptional patient experience.
- Develop advanced knowledge of surgical treatment planning, insurance coordination, and financial arrangements.
- Assist with treatment presentations and patient case acceptance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in oral surgery, periodontics, specialty dentistry or a dental practice is required.
- Strong experience with insurance verification and benefit analysis.
- Previous Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or Scheduling Coordinator experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
