We’re hiring part-time Senior Downsizing Specialists to support projects throughout San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin, and the Peninsula.
This role is best suited for someone seeking supplemental income and flexible, project-based work. Hours vary week to week and are not guaranteed.
What You’ll Do

Assist seniors and families with downsizing and relocation projects

Sort, organize, pack, and prepare items for donation, recycling, or resale

Photograph and catalog items for online estate sales

Help prepare homes for estate sales and assist during pickup days

Lift and carry boxes (up to 30 lbs), including stairs and standing for extended periods

Follow safety guidelines and company best practices
Note: We are not movers. Professional movers handle heavy furniture and items over 40 lbs.
What We’re Looking For

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

Reliable transportation required (job sites vary)

Compensation & Schedule

$22 per hour (W-2 position)
