13-week assignment

Flex schedule available: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Utilizes Net Health electronic medical records system

Works with short-term and long-term residents under supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
-
Active OTA license required (if applicable)

BLS certification required
-
No minimum experience required, though SNF experience is preferred

Mentorship available for candidates with 0-1 year of experience

Strong documentation and time-management skills required

Experience with Net Health preferred

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans focused on improving functional independence

Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team

Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards

Complete documentation per facility standards

Flexible and collaborative mindset required
