Honeycomb Creamery is a small-batch and locally sourced ice cream shop in Cambridge, MA. We are a rapidly growing business with a high-energy, fast paced atmosphere. Honeycomb Creamery is a short-order, take-away style creamery that is open all year. We are looking for hardworking, energetic, positive and polite individuals to scoop ice cream, build sundaes, pack pints, and prepare our menu items quickly and efficiently.
The position pays $17-$25+ after tips. Shifts are 5 - 8 hours with a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
18+ years or older
As a part of your shift, you will be responsible for:
* Scooping ice cream, building sundaes, packing pints, making waffle cones, and preparing our menu items quickly and efficiently
*Maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for customers and co-workers
* Engaging with customers and answering their questions
* Working with our register and POS system (Square)
* Learning about our house-made ice creams and other products
* Putting away paper goods shipments
* Restocking retail appropriately
* Assisting with preparation of special orders and catering events
* Maintaining a clean work station and customer seating area
*Opening and closing tasks and duties
