- Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and your personal database.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with realtors, CPAs, and other referral partners to generate new lending opportunities.
- Represent WeLoan at networking events, including industry seminars, chamber meetings, realtor functions, open houses, and more.
- Counsel and pre-qualify prospective homebuyers.
- Accurately complete Uniform Residential Loan Applications (URLA).
- Collect and review supporting loan documentation to ensure full compliance with RESPA, TILA, and HMDA regulations.
- Oversee loan files for compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, and investor guidelines.
- Maintain consistent communication with loan processors, buyers, realtors, and builders regarding loan status updates.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and LOS (Encompass) with full support from our elite in-house processing and funding teams.
Qualifications
- If your an experienced Loan Officer or a newly licensed we would like to speak with you .
- Active CA NMLS (DFPI) license required.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, including Conventional, Government, Non-QM, HELOCs, I/O, ARMs, Jumbo, Refi, and Purchase loans.
- Proficient in Encompass and Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of loan structuring, pricing, mortgage products, loan programs, and regulatory requirements.
