Key Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Current eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Appropriate state licensure or the ability to obtain it prior to start
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations in a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students identified with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals and classroom integration
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive educational planning
- Receive mentorship and supervision throughout your CFY, supporting clinical growth and ASHA certification
