Site Manager / Operations Lead
We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Site Manager / Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Brookland location and help lead a growing team and business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced food service and retail environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in creating an organized, high-performing operation.
As the on-site leader, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations across production, retail sales, staff development, scheduling, and commissary inventory management while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily site operations and act as the primary on-site leader
- Manage commissary inventory, ordering, stock levels, and product organization
- Create and maintain employee schedules to support efficient operations
- Lead hiring, onboarding, staff training, and ongoing team development
- Supervise food production workflows and maintain quality standards
- Drive strong retail sales performance and customer service excellence
- Monitor labor, waste, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Support a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow the business
Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or production environments preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and lead by example in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and team supervision
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, proactive, and growth-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–22/hour base pay, commensurate with experience
