Executive Digital & Production Manager
Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Production Manager who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, systems, and execution.
In this pivotal role, you will lead digital production operations that power our content, community, and global brand presence. You will oversee video series development, YouTube platform management, and on-set production days — ensuring that every story we tell reflects our mission and elevates women on the move.
This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands digital ecosystems, and can manage both creative and operational workflows with precision.
The East Coast Office
Pay: $35 per hour
Schedule: ( Flexible )
- Monday – Sunday | 6:30 AM
- Monday – Wednesday | 6:30 PM
Location: Remote + NYC Flagship Option

Position Overview
The Executive Digital & Production Manager oversees digital tools, media systems, and production workflows to ensure smooth internal operations and consistent online presence.
This role blends digital organization, content management, and executive-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital platforms and internal systems
- Organize and publish media content
- Maintain structured production workflows
- Support weekly content schedules
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Assist with digital campaigns and outreach
- Prepare materials for All Hands Meetings
