We are an awarded freight brokerage based in Vancouver, WA looking for operations specialists to join our team. As a Logistics Operations Specialist, your job will be working alongside our operations members to help provide logistical support to our customers and carriers.
Daily Routine
- Monitoring and tracking shipments.
- Building relationships with our carriers.
- Identify and communicate problems.
- Negotiating competitive rates with carriers.
- Ensure customer needs are met with every shipment.
- Building and booking shipments in our system.
- Quoting customers for freight movement.
- Prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Contact carriers and get the required paperwork.
