Mindful Minis is seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers and Support Staff to join our childcare team! We serve children ages 0–5 years in a warm, engaging, and intentional learning environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children throughout the day.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young children (0–5 years).
- Lead Teachers: CDA, associate’s degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Support Staff: High school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for early childhood education.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
