Greet customers as they enter the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.
Take sales orders both in person and over the phone.
Log all orders into the computer system and move orders into production following Alpine’s SOPs.
Work with the Production Floor to ensure that orders are completed according to Alpine’s policies and quality control guidelines.
Assist in the collection and distribution of material orders and accessories for customers when they come to pick up their orders when necessary.
Develop professional relationships with contractors and developers in the area to bolster Alpine sales business.
Skills
- Proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence
- Computer skills using Microsoft office and Google Suite
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
This position requires the ability to lift up 75lbs while assisting the loading of customers
