Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon and spa. In this vital role, you will manage client interactions, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create an exceptional experience for every guest while supporting the efficient functioning of our busy studio.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Manage appointments using Meevo Software
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating client information in spreadsheets or databases
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer support
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with excellent data entry and typing skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Technical proficiency in productivity software, spreadsheets, and calendar management tools
- Previous experience in office administration or as a personal assistant is preferred
