We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for following sales lead and providing exceptional customer service in a B2B sales environment. You will engage with customers, promote products, and ensure a positive sales atitude. And need to have patience, sense of responsibility to follow existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Pay: base salary + commission + bonus
Duties
· Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
· Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for a better customer satisfaction and future revenue.
· Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
· Research local markets and pinpoint potential business leads, then develop strategies to broaden our outreach and bring in new customers.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
· Knows how warehouse works and is able to make shipping from the warehouse.
· Utilize proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or during follow-up calls.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales strategy.
Experience
· Previous experience in B2B sales is preferred.
· Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as it enhances customer interaction capabilities.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
