Summary
Perform secretarial duties in the school, Maintenance Facilities, or department, including one or more of the following: processing, recording, and/or maintaining confidential records and/or files; assisting students, parents, teachers, District/department staff, and/or visitors; answering phones; typing and/or entering data into the computer. Assisting with overseeing corrections to time management and time off systems. Managing office budget for supplies. Manage use of the IIQ work order system, involving assigning tickets across the district, and Dude Solution calendar involving district events and outside rental use of district facilities.
