Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly in both languages, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the moment they walk in.
- Assist customers with retail sales by explaining product features, benefits, and available financial services options.
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems, including handling cash drawer operations and cash management procedures.
- Support retail lending activities by helping customers understand loan options, collections processes, and loan processing steps.
- Maintain precise data entry records for sales transactions, customer information, and financial software updates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding customers through their purchasing journey.
- Support the team with retail store operations such as cash handling, retail math calculations, and basic math tasks to ensure smooth daily functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments; retail store experience is highly preferred.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in both languages required; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services concepts including retail lending, loan collections, and loan processing is advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency with data entry tasks.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately and efficiently using 10 key typing skills.
- Experience handling cash transactions, managing cash drawers, cashiering duties, and retail math calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
