As a Transportation Associate Coordinator (Part-Time), you will play a critical role in supporting our transportation and logistics operations in Casa Grande, AZ. This position serves as a key point of contact for drivers and internal teams, helping ensure efficient dispatch activities, accurate documentation, and smooth day-to-day transportation operations. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, carriers, and transportation partners.

Support daily dispatch operations and transportation coordination activities.

Manage driver check-ins and assist with issue resolution throughout the shift.

Prepare, process, and maintain transportation and shipment documentation.

Track operational metrics and maintain accurate records using Excel, SAP, and other business systems.

Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and transportation leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and update transportation reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.

Support administrative functions related to logistics and transportation activities.

Escalate operational issues as needed and assist in driving timely resolutions.

Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and transportation standards.

Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on service, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Competitive hourly pay of approximately $24–$25 per hour

Work Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum guaranteed 32 hours per week and overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.

Qualifications:

Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, administrative support, or customer service.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

SAP experience preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working directly with drivers, customers, or operational teams.

One or more years of relevant experience preferred.
