We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carpenter. This role is essential in ensuring that various construction and restoration projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and quality
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications

- Participate in fabrication processes for custom projects
- Conduct roofing, siding installations using aluminum products

- Install cabinets, hang doors, and perform fixture installations
- Execute maintenance person tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation
- Lay tiles accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for various tasks
- Knowledge of CNC operation and assembly processes is a plus
- Strong skills in woodworking, caulking, construction painting, wood stud framing, and other related areas
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
