Due to continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Inside Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team. Provide inside parts sales support to retail and commercial customers

Assist customers with identifying, ordering, and recommending heavy-duty truck parts

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service

Support daily parts counter operations and inventory processes

Pull, stage, and organize parts orders as needed

Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training

Collaborate with team members to support department goals and customer satisfaction

Assist with additional parts department initiatives as needed
2+ years of parts sales experience preferred
Experience in heavy-duty truck parts, commercial vehicle parts, automotive parts, diesel, or aftermarket parts strongly preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based systems
Previous forklift experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Candidates with experience in automotive parts, equipment rental, industrial supply, warehouse operations, service advising, or customer-facing sales environments are encouraged to apply.
