Shift Lead – Winterthur Public Safety
Winterthur Public Safety is seeking a confident, professional Shift Lead to support our 24/7 public safety team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys balancing safety, customer service, and team development in a highly visible, public-facing environment.
In this role, you’ll help create a safe, secure, and welcoming experience across one of the region’s most unique historic properties. You’ll lead by example, supporting your team, responding to incidents, and ensuring that every interaction reflects professionalism, respect, and care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience and training)

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in public safety, law enforcement, security operations, emergency services, or a closely related field
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience working in civilian, public-facing environments where communication, professionalism, and service are essential
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in dynamic situations
Candidates who have supervised teams in municipal, campus, healthcare, cultural, or similar community-based settings are especially encouraged to apply.
