Used Car Sales Manager - Starting Salary Based on Experience
Mike Whatley Honda in Brookhaven, MS has an immediate opening for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department.
We are looking for a high-energy leader who knows how to drive volume, manage inventory, close deals, develop a sales team, and create a culture of accountability. The ideal candidate is hands-on, competitive, customer-focused, and comfortable working closely with sales, finance, service, and management to maximize used vehicle performance.
Responsibilities include managing used car operations, appraising trades, acquiring inventory, monitoring pricing, merchandising vehicles, pushing aged units, training and motivating the sales team, using CRM to manage activity, and ensuring a strong customer experience from first contact to delivery.
Qualified candidates should have automotive sales management experience, strong closing ability, excellent communication skills, knowledge of used vehicle inventory management, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment. F&I experience, desk experience, and vehicle acquisition experience are strongly preferred.
