Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain an exceptionally clean facility, including outside maintenance
Knowledge of local area to effectively market our self storage facility
Provide excellent Customer Service to our tenants by assisting with unit choice and rental process
Review delinquent accounts and communicate options to late tenants
Perform daily lock check and patrol facility on a continual basis daily
Communicate directly with Corporate Office
Manage Rental trucks
Job Requirements: Must be able to enthusiastically rent storage units to all potential tenants in person and on the telephone. Must be able to work multiple locations if requested (we compensate for gas expenses). Proficient with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, property management software). Must be willing to work any day, including weekends. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pass a criminal background check including a DMV check. Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 25 lbs Wear company required uniform and abide by company dress code at all times.
